April Intentions Challenge

April 16th:Two-Legged Inverted Staff Pose (Dwi Pada Viparita Dandasana)

First time ever doing this pose, and of Course I’m in love, its almost like a headstand back backwards? Its something thats much more in my comfort zone and a really nice progression from wheel.

Today’s Intention is to breath, I’m feeling all tight and icky from my workout yesterday. (Damn You Cleans and Jerks) So I’m going to have to recruit lots of breathing today and caution.
