April Intentions Challenge

April 8th: Perched Pigeon (Eka Pada Galavasana)

I’m working on making this flying pigeon as my hips are already pretty open so this pose feels quite comfortable. But the leg just didn’t want to extend today so I’m not going to push it.

Today’s intention is to let go of all the judgement and fear and just fly. Fits with today’s pose too :)
