Kick My Ass into Fitnes

Hey everyone! My name is Judy i'm 19 years old at 5'2 and proud out it. My fitness goals include building muscle and generally being in the best (and healthiest) for my body. I am in no way a professional or am a personal trainer, so any advice i give is opinion and experience based. Nevertheless feel free to ask me question i'll always answer them to the best of my abilities. ;)
