30 Day Shred #9
Did it while S went for a studly run.
Almost injured my left quad—cramped up severely early on. Made up the difference with intense cardio and extra push ups. After much stretching, seems to be a bit better now. 
Those extra cardio steps have got me drrrriiiping!  I love this shirt so much.
